User Guide
- Hot:
Heat the pad in the microwave for 15-20 seconds at 900W. Slip it into the front or back pocket. OR. Heat the pad in a bain-marie. Slip it into the front or back pocket. Enjoy a gentle, diffused warmth.
- Cold:
Place the pad in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Slip it into the front or back pocket.
Precautions for use
Test the temperature of the gel pad before use. Remove the gel pad if you experience any discomfort.
Do not use for more than 20 minutes at a time.
Wait until the gel pad is at room temperature before heating or cooling it.
Composition and Care
Panties: 82.2% Modal - 17.8% Spandex. Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C, avoid tumble drying.
Gel pad: CMC, sugar, water. Clean with a damp cloth.
